Born in Phoenix but raised in California, Robert Fisher grew up in the high desert, studied landscape design at UCLA, and has been both a coastal and Los Angeles resident for the last 20-plus years.

His love of nature, plants, and landscapes goes back to spending summers as a child with his family in Mexico, where his grandfather was a shrimper in Guaymas on the Sea of Cortez. His love of Spanish/Mediterranean, English/Traditional, and Modern/Mid-Century contemporary architecture lends itself to the variety of landscapes and intimate spaces he has created over the years in the Los Angeles area communities of Hancock Park, Pacific Palisades, Brentwood, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Century City, Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach, Long Beach, Venice and expanding into projects in Palm Springs as well.

From hummingbird-friendly flowering English gardens and Provence-inspired expanses to facilitating and designing fountains, patterned paved surfaces, cozy fire pits, private patios, secret gardens, and eye-pleasing spaces, Root2Bloom’s Robert Fisher and his team of experts can bring magic into your garden, your yard, home, landscape, and most importantly ... your heart.
